Shipping & Delivery
Hatcams LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and selected international countries. A complete list of international countries is available upon check-out through our online store. If your country is not included in the list of available countries in the drop-down selection, please email Sales@hatcams.com for further instruction. Merchandise can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and is usually delivered within two to three business days from order placement to most U.S. locations. Merchandise can also be shipped via Express Mail, which is usually delivered overnight to most U.S. locations. International shipping method and delivery may vary depending on arrangement between customer and merchant. Delivery times may vary depending on product weight and shipping location and is not guaranteed by USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, or Hatcams LLC. USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail deliver to every address in the United States, including P.O. Boxes.

Warranties
Pure Digital Technologies, Inc. warrants the Flip Video Camcorder against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date Hatcams LLC purchases the product. In the unlikely event that your camcorder develops a problem past our 30 day return/replacement policy detailed below, email us at Sales@Hatcams.com or call us at 203-303-7250 and our we will contact the manufacturer to determine if they cover the defective merchandise. All Hats sold by Hatcams LLC are guaranteed against manufacturing defects ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Hatcams LLC obligation in the event of such defect is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Hatcams LLC sole discretion. Damage from use or accident is not covered by this or any warranty. Returns or replacements of parts and or products may be subject to shipping, handling, and/or restocking fees. Returns that don't qualify for warranty coverage will be returned to the customer.
